The effects of the purity of air at Manzac Ferme can be seen and felt in so many ways, from the vast majority of the trees being laden with lichen, to the way that even insomniacs enjoy undisturbed sleep.
It is also the purity of the air as well as mile after mile of undulating woodlands that results in the wide range of species of birds, insects, reptiles and wildlife in general, but to see them, you have to be either opportunistic or have high levels of patience!
